Important information about your stay

THINGS TO KNOW

The apartments are all located outside the hotel area.

The apartment in Favorita House and the apartment in Vispa House are located in the centre of the village.

The apartment in Alpsegen House is located in Furi, middle station to Riffelberg or Klein Matterhorn.
It is approx. 45 minutes away from the village by foot; it is also accessible per electro-taxi for approx. CHF 150. But during the day it is always accessible by cable car according to timetable.

All apartments are without any service.
The beds are prepared upon occupation. Kitchen linen as well as towels and toilet paper are available. Change of linen is included after a stay of one week. More frequent change of linen is only available for an additional charge.

Toilet paper is provided for the beginning of your stay. Remaining must be bought by yourself.
An orange (chargeable) garbage bag is included in the price. Additional orange garbage bags can be purchased at the hotel reception.

The cost for dogs is CHF 20 per day/day (without food).
Dogs may not be locked in the apartment unattended for hours. The tenant/dog owner is liable for any damage.

Arrival and departure times for Favorita House and Vispa House:

– Your apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. You can gladly deposit your luggage at Hotel Aristella if you would like to do something in Zermatt before your arrival/departure.

– Your apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure. You can gladly deposit your luggage at Hotel Aristella if you would like to do something in Zermatt before your arrival/departure.
– We ask that you arrive before 3 pm because of the timetable of the mountain lifts.

Cancellation of a reservation:

Winter season

– Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
– We will charge you 100% of the booked arrangement for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival.
– In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge you for the apartment according to original reservation.
– The non-refundable conditions apply over Christmas/New Year. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that no costs arise in the event of a possible cancellation.

Summer season

– Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.

Non-refundable discount rates:

– The total amount has to be paid immediately upon booking and is unfortunately not refundable (special condition for reduced prices).
– If you do not pay within 2 days the discounted price expires and we will charge you the standard price.
– Because of the special price, in the event of a cancellation or shortening of stay the total amount remains in possession of the hotel.
