Pillow of your choice:
No matter if cereal millet, neck support pillow or cuddly pillow, with us you have the possibility to choose your pillow yourself. For further information, our reception team is available until 8:00 PM.
General:
– Hotel Garni: exquisite, extensive breakfast buffet
– Half board: Our restaurant offers various specialties as well as simple dishes. We no longer offer a classic half board option. However, you are welcome to reserve a table in the restaurant. Our restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, so we also do not offer room service on Wednesdays.
– The cost for dogs is CHF 20 per day/dog (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area, and may not be locked in the room unattended for hours. The dog owner is liable for any damage.
Arrival and departure times:
– Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure. If you would like to do something in Zermatt before your departure, you can gladly use a luggage depot as well as dressing rooms and shower facilities in our hotel.
Cancellation of a reservation:
Winter season
– Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
– We will charge you 100% of the booked arrangement for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
– In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge you for the room according to original reservation. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that no costs arise in the event of a possible cancellation
Summer season
– Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
– We will charge you 100% of the booked arrangement for cancellation less than 5 days before arrival.
– In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge you for the room according to original reservation. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that no costs arise in the event of a possible cancellation
Non-refundable discount rates:
– The total amount has to be paid immediately upon booking and is unfortunately not refundable (special condition for reduced prices).
– If you do not pay within 2 days the discounted price expires and we will charge you the standard price.
– Because of the special price, in the event of a cancellation or shortening of stay the total amount remains in possession of the hotel.
